We hired Feralvoice team to rekindle our real estate project/platform. They completely redesigned our website from scratch and also helped us in automating most of our listing process. Our Real Estate website is now generating more leads and performing better than ever. Thanks again to Ashwini and his brilliant team.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our Real Estate website was scoring like 30-40% in pagespeed performance and also the server consumption were very high at first. Both of them are significantly improved after the redevelopment. Also our listing process is now more than 50% automated using WhatsApp APIs, and for sure the lead generation thus has went to almost 400% than prior.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They delivered pretty much on time and more than our expectations. Also they helped us in preparing the roadmap for further gamifications and engagement tools to be addedto the platform in near future to increase the user engagement. We are now looking forward to have Phase 2 and another project for them soon.

The team was responsive, good listeners, and experts made out of pure practice. They prefer all kinds of communication channel and also their new Project Monitoring dashboard makes it much easy to view project updates.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Feralvoice could have done differently?

Project was a bit delayed because of some advancements added but considering the end result, we understood where the time would have gone for good.
