we have hired Febno to Address our need for ERP and Odoo systems for our software

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

former company who was working on building our app have referred us to Febno as a trusted provider of ERB and Odoo solutions

We had a serious of discovery meetings up untill we finalized the requirements and provided the model details of the software, after that payment was alreacdy made to resume the work and since then up to date only 20% of the work was delivered

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

i doubt we have dedicated resources for the project hence there is one project lead from Odoo side who only communicate with us when we push communication from all channels, his name is Afzal, other than that there is another developer involved in the Whatsapp chat group who never talkk share or speak unless is instructed by Afzal.
