I’m the principal of a digital agency called Bloody Brilliant. We offer web development and design, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing services across various industries, including healthcare, education, and pharmaceutical.

What challenge were you trying to address with FBIP Website Designing And Development Company?

We engaged with them to develop and design our website. We wanted the website to be very simple with specific web pages and a landing page for Google and Facebook Ads and built-in forms.

What was the scope of their involvement?

FBIP has built our website from scratch with WordPress and designed it using Oxygen Builder. They’ve also helped us migrate to our hosting server and launch our emails. Currently, they handle the maintenance for our site, but we do the hosting through Hostinger.

We work with 3–5 people from their side.

I found them through Clubhouse, where we were both speakers. I was looking for an agency to help reduce my costs and do quality work, so we connected and started talking about different projects.

We’ve spent about $350 so far.

We started working together around February 2022, and our engagement is still ongoing.

The website is live and ready, but I'm currently not doing anything with it yet; we've only set it up.

They're very responsive and flexible — whenever we suggest something to be completed within 24–48 hours, they get it done.

We use Asana as our project management tool. For communication, we mainly use email and WhatsApp. We also hold Zoom meetings and use AnyDesk to do live screen sharing while providing our feedback.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with their customer service, transparency, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure quality results. They’re also very responsive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think they need to have a bigger team so that they can handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Make sure to set your expectations and timelines right at the beginning of the project. After doing so, make a checklist to ensure that everything is delivered according to your quality standards.
