I almost don't want to write this review because I'd really prefer to keep Bikash and his team a secret. 

We came to them with an incredibly tight video deadline, no visuals, no storyboard, and a big idea we needed help bringing to life. We knew immediately we needed a team with real skill and experience. The moment I knew we had found the right partner was when Bikash pushed back on our deadline. 

He wasn't willing to simply say yes and deliver work that didn't meet the bar. He was honest about what it would take to do it right and then his team found a way to get there with us. For days, we worked in a true around-the-clock rhythm. 

Our team worked through the day, handed things over in the evening, and Bikash's team worked through their night to turn drafts around for us by morning. They were responsive, collaborative, patient, and completely committed to the quality of the final product. And the result was a beautiful video we are incredibly proud of. I feel genuinely lucky that we found Bikash and his team. 

The quality of their work is exceptional, but the people and the way they work are what really stand out. I may not want to share them with the world, but they absolutely deserve the praise.
