I'm a fractional CTO based in London with 26 years of experience building digital products and leading technology teams.
My background is agency: AKQA, AnalogFolk, Wunderman, Digitas, Critical Mass, PwC UK, and Great State. I've led technology for Nike, HSBC, Microsoft, Citi, and Xbox, and was CTO on the Nike Trainers Hub - a Webby Award winner in 2017.
I work with two types of clients:
1/ Creative agencies (10–50 people) that need technical credibility to win enterprise pitches, modernise their stack, or build a product arm.
2/ Founders at seed to Series A who need architecture guidance, AI development workflows, and a technical voice that holds up under investor scrutiny.
Engagements run as monthly retainers (typically 2–4 days per week), fixed-scope projects, technical due diligence reviews, or AI development workshops for product teams.
I don't subcontract. Every engagement is me, directly.
