Primarily, we needed assistance with our website. It hadn't been updated in a while and we needed it to look professional.

They built our website using Yahoo hosting, as well as GoDaddy. Ankur (Business Head, Expert Marketing Studio) was very reachable throughout and delivered what was promised. Even after the delivery, he's been available to work on the nitty-gritty aspects that perhaps weren’t done properly initially.

This project lasted from August–October 2017. We're still working together but on another project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project was done on a quick turnaround and they were always available. The website looks good and the functionality is okay. If there are any issues we will know soon.

How did Expert Marketing Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication usually took place during my morning and their night. We mostly communicated through emails, and I also traveled to India and met with Ankur.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They really put in the effort and go above and beyond to get work done. If I want something done, they will let me know whether it is something they can or cannot do, and what can be changed to get it done.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They're constantly learning. There's always new technology coming out, and they're studying it and improving. We made suggestions from our side which they took on board.

It's important to organize your thoughts and have a plan prior to getting started. It will be quicker and easier if things are communicated clearly.

For us we saw Increase in Online Sales: and traffic growth Our search engine ranking improved which lead to good organic traffic. We also saw good follower growth on platforms like Instagram and Facebook. Our Ad Performance also improved. We received lot of positive reviews because of improved online reputation. Our brand awareness was improved with thier services.
