We needed help updating the look and feel, functionality, and UX of the UI for our core product.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Expert Allies delivered multiple product increments that updated legacy areas of our product into a new, consistent, and more modern framework, expanding and taking advantage of new capabilities where possible.

The software significantly improved our operational efficiency by centralizing patient data and automating financial reporting. We also achieved smoother compliance with the Bulgarian National Health Insurance Fund’s requirements, reducing manual errors in claims processing.

Through thorough consultations, Expert Allies gained a deep understanding of SunEnergy144's goals, leading to the creation of a platform using the appropriate technologies. 

The project included the integration of a comprehensive solar panel database, sophisticated financial modeling algorithms, and personalized user profiles. Although the platform is not officially released yet, the key deliverables encompassed an interactive and user-friendly platform accessible via web and mobile. Users will benefit from personalized dashboards providing real-time calculations and ROI predictions.

Expert Allies played a main role in the Dentobook project, helping us create our platform with performance and scalability in mind. In UX design, they ensured a seamless onboarding experience, crafted an appealing interface, and improved based on the feedback we collected from our test groups. The team augmentation involved five dedicated software developers and a UX specialist. Expert Allies provided strategic advising, offering proactive consultation and valuable insights. Effective communication was maintained with regular updates and open feedback channels, aligning with Dentobook's goals throughout the project. This is an ongoing project and is yet to be released on the market.
