He is passionate and knowledgeable about creating a functional, effective website within 2 weeks.  Without his dedication, I don't think our website could be established. Ultimately, everything was custom.  We did not want to be traditional and had a unique vision which needed to leverage a team that would be flexible and creative.  This was at every stage of the project.

Ultimately, the usability of the sites.  There were 3 sites in particular.  Once we were able to present to a client with confidence - it proved a measurable outcome.

The team was very responsive to our requests.  Sometimes it took 3-4 tries, but, they proved committed to getting there.  Delays were on both sides, our side for not having everything ready and their side when they didn't fully understand the vision.  At the end of the day, we got to where we wanted to be and I'm extremely happy with the output.

Ultimately, we were able to flush out whatever confusion there was in a relatively short period of time, allowing the team to keep moving forward.  Communication is key with these types of projects and if your vendor is unresponsive, it could prove detrimental.  This team is very responsive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Excellorix.com could have done differently?

Some of the visuals are not where I would like them to be and there are still a few glitches and typos we are finding.  There is a next evolution of all and I'm hoping I can still lean on Excellorix to find the solutions.

We approached Chris with the idea to develop a website for our rental property, from scratch. Not just the web development itself, but also suggested layout, content and approach to other requirements, such as having a secure login for registered tenants. In addition, we needed all related tasks managed, such as domain registration, hosting account, email setup, logo development, etc.

That we had all of the content requested incorporated into the website by the end of December, 2023. That we had a solution for the tenant login and for managing rental applications. That the design/logos would be developed and well received.

I can not say enough about Chris's availability and reactiveness. Whether via email or a request for a phone call, he was super responsive and always available. Also, for every question I had or request for suggestions on how to handle a certain aspect or requirement, Chris went above and beyond in guiding us through the project. The entire project - and the few checkpoints along the way - were delivered ahead of our anticipated date. I really appreciated that.
