They delivered  a detailed migration roadmap, successful deployment of applications on Azure, and comprehensive training sessions to ensure our internal team could manage and maintain the new environment effectively.

The migration to Azure resulted in a significant boost in the scalability and flexibility of our healthcare applications. We had a challenge to service our viewers with update information, in real-time with digitally clean and crisp images and smoothly running videos. The portal which we wanted should be fast, scalable and should handle heavy media files and videos along with rush of visitors.

We had a few calls along with our Technical Consultants to assess the skills and ability of the team of Exato Software. After detailed discussions and long calls we were convinced that these guys can get the job done. Previously when we were doing our research to find most efficient Software Partner for our work we had a very positive review of Exato Software from their past clients.

The technologies used for our software are Dotnet, Angular and MongoDB. It is deployed on AWS. The scope of work included that new visitor shall be acknowledged and shall be kept a track of. Portal shall also allow people to load their videos with some relevant info that will get published only when our Admin Approves. It also had a backend panel from where Content Admins can upload videos, images, content and other kinds of information to flash over Frontend.

There was a regular team of 8 developers and designer with a Project Manager. From time to time experts from other fields like testing, AWS, Devops also joined whenever needed.

The most important aspect of the portal was the ease of use and easiness to find information. It was also necessary that portal should be very engaging and bring forth newly uploaded videos and news that is trending for visitors to access. Exato Software delivered a project that perfectly fulfilled these most important demands of the portal.

They work with Agile methodology and kept us update with development. The development and enhancement work of the portal is still going on and we always remain well aware of the plans.

The most impressive quality of the team is the enthusiasm with which they take up the project. Their zeal kept us charged and motivated always. They were always coming up with new ideas, they did research on their own to decide most attractive and engaging UI. The kind of ownership they take of the project is very impressive.

In my opinion as non-technical person they could have handed over the testing part to us. It was always that they tested it first at their end, sent us the report and once all was Ok they will hand us over the release to test. But it is my opinion and since work they have done is fascinating so I feel that they are right.

Designer, Developer, SEO and a project manager worked regularly throughout the development duration.

Website was delivered well before time. The SEO was done very well too and on few selected keywords our website was ranking in top 10 over couple of search engines.

They use Scrum methodology and use JIRA for project management. There was a weekly meeting and project manager was always available on phone/skype for other communication. Progress report particularly about SEO along with Data was supplied through emails.

Although our project was not big and very challenging but they delivered whatever was promised on time and with sincerity. They treated us like a valued client irrespective of profit margin.
