One of the most impactful improvements was in the mobile application for customers, which previously suffered from many issues due to poor implementation by the original development team. The evri.co team resolved critical bugs and improved the overall reliability and usability of the app, which noticeably increased user satisfaction and reduced the number of complaints.

Additionally, internal processes became more manageable due to better system behavior and a more consistent performance across all components of the product.
