Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The scope of work is to offer various cash collection services to consumers (bills payments, vignettes, e-money, bank rates, top-up etc), through partner stores to which we provide various transaction solutions, software solutions developed by the Evozon team. The software solutions are: POS terminals, web application, mobile applications. Also, we have a web interface for the back office activities and a mobile app for the customers for card payments.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Functional applications, new functionalities, the increase in the number of transactions through applications, positive feedback from customers, high rating for mobile applications.

The project management response to our requests in time and the communication is good. Most of the items are delivered on time.

They were very professional and transparent in their engagement. They were very good at raising risks and challenges in the early stages of the project to mitigate and manage through the life cycle.

Communication has been extremely good. We have had a few issues in the past with particular team members, but these were addressed very quickly.

The general technical level of Evozon staff is good.

We have very tight communication with Evozon staff and management. This means any areas for improvement are met.
