• Scope of Work: Audio Platform Development (Saycra.com) This project involves the development of an MVP for Saycra.com, an audio platform that helps people achieve goals and remove roadblocks using work with the subconscious mind. 
• Project Objectives: Develop a functional MVP within a short timeframe of up to 3 months. Implement a user-friendly interface with 3 key components: 
  • A sophisticated main panel for platform administration. 
  • A user-friendly dashboard for accessing and interacting with the audio recordings. 
  • Implement notifications Facilitate brainstorming and collaboration to refine the initial concept of the platform. 
• Key Deliverables: Functional MVP containing: 
  • A fully functioning and deployed set of apps for iOS and Android (Saycra.com) capable of streaming audio content in the described scope.
  •  User registration and login functionalities. 
  • Content management system (CMS) for uploading and managing audio content.

We partnered with EV Labs to help deliver a minimum viable product (MVP) for one of our fintech/insurance clients. The goal of the engagement was to modernize core business operations by building a digital platform that would improve the end-user experience and streamline key processes. Are there any areas for improvement or something EVLabs could have done differently?

One minor area for improvement could be slightly more proactive documentation during development. While everything was eventually well-documented, having a bit more real-time visibility into certain implementation details early on would have helped us align even faster. That said, this was a small point in an otherwise smooth and well-managed collaboration.
