I’m the office manager of a business services company. We provide virtual office services, premium office spaces, business registration, mail and phone management, and administrative support to help businesses grow and maintain a professional presence in the CBD.

What challenge were you trying to address with EUX Digital?

We needed to design and build a conversion-focused website that served as a central sales and customer management hub for our virtual office services. The site needed to enable online sign-ups, payments, and ongoing client self-management.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

EUX Digital delivered a multi-phase WordPress and WooCommerce platform designed to support virtual office sales and client self-service. The scope included UX/UI design, website development, and a conversion-focused purchase flow for virtual office products, subscriptions, upsells, and online checkout. Secure payments were implemented via Stripe and PayPal.The solution also included a custom client dashboard allowing customers to manage subscriptions, invoices, payments, and order history, along with admin tools for managing services, customers, and additional billable items. Automated billing, invoicing, and reminder workflows were implemented to reduce manual administration.Additional functionality included a meeting room booking system with shared availability and backend management, as well as accounting and operational integrations using MYOB and CSV-based usage imports.The project was delivered in structured stages, enabling us to launch core functionality quickly and expand the platform over time. EUX Digital managed the full scope in-house.

The platform has streamlined customer onboarding and billing, reduced manual administration, and improved the purchase journey for virtual office services. It continues to be used as a core sales channel and customer portal, supporting ongoing lead generation activity.Specifically, the platform has reduced manual administration by around 35% in staff hours, improved the virtual office purchase flow, contributing to a 20%–25% uplift in completed checkouts, and consolidated subscriptions, invoicing, and payments into a single customer portal used by 100% of active clients. It has also enabled scalable lead generation activity, supporting ongoing paid search and inbound campaigns.

How did EUX Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

The project was handled extremely well, and we were kept in the loop with every step through regular updates and meetings with our project manager, Rupert. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stood out the most was how EUX Digital treated our site as a business system, not just a website. They understood our operations, solved problems other agencies avoided, and delivered in a calm, predictable way. We always knew where things stood.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, the project has run very smoothly. In hindsight, having a bit more time upfront to document future edge cases would have helped, but EUX Digital has handled changes well as they’ve come up.

EUX Digital was engaged to redesign, rebuild and extend Narangba Timbers’ WooCommerce platform into a more scalable B2B/B2C ecommerce system. The scope included audit and discovery, UX wireframes, high-fidelity graphic design, responsive WooCommerce theme development, CMS configuration, product/catalogue migration, improved search and filtering, plugin rationalisation, cross-sell and bundling functionality, Quick View, recently viewed products, and improved product variation handling. The project also included custom checkout logic for trade and retail users, dynamic pricing support by customer role, GST display rules, a redesigned customer dashboard, reorder and wishlist functionality, invoice access via MYOB, HubSpot email and ecommerce data integration, Solbox-based pickup and delivery options, YITH quote workflow improvements, QA, UAT, revisions, and optional trade account automation, SEO migration and Kinsta hosting migration.

In Clickup we see the whole timeline of the project + estimates and resources allocation. Not only they are super organized but they are efficient and pretty flexible when it comes to adjustments.
