The project involved creating a new e-commerce website aimed at facilitating the reservation or online purchase of used cars. The scope of work extended from the conceptualization of the site to the final development and testing phase. Key Deliverables: 

• E-commerce website development: The primary deliverable was a user-friendly, efficient, and secure e-commerce website where customers could browse, reserve, and purchase used cars. The website needed to support various functionalities such as product listings, customer reviews, and a secure payment system. 
• Reservation system for car services: Another crucial component was the development of a feature allowing users to reserve appointments for car services. This involved creating a reservation system that ensured a smooth and easy process for the customers and the service providers. 
• Data storage and retrieval systems: To streamline operations and provide faster responses to users, we developed a system for automatic storage of user and transaction information into different databases. The measurable outcomes from the project to determine progress or success can be considered as follows: 

• Increased Sales and Reservations: Post-implementation of the e-commerce website and car service reservation system, the rate of online used car sales and service reservations can be monitored. An increase in these figures compared to the previous period would indicate success. 
• Enhanced User Engagement: The level of customer interaction with the website, such as time spent on the website, pages visited, cars viewed or reserved, can be tracked to gauge user engagement. Increased user engagement typically signifies a successful implementation. 
• Reduced Response Time: The automatic data storage and retrieval systems were intended to enhance employee efficiency and reduce response time to customer queries or issues. A measurable decrease in response time post-implementation compared to pre-implementation periods would be a clear indicator of progress.

HNS hired EUROART93 for two main goals:

1) to create a web design for our new web platform called HNS.family and

2) to develop a visual identity for our campaign #Family, which includes logo design.

Website development included more than 100 different pages, as this was quite a complex project with an aim to develop a top 5 website among all European football associations. Book of graphic standards included all the usual material (fonts, colors etc.), as well as templates for digital platforms and social media, marketing materials etc.

For us, besides professionalism in communication and delivery, the key factor is creativity and quality of work, and we feel that EUROART93 is the partner of highest quality in that regard. They understood our unique needs and we felt they were totally invested in our joint project; it meant as much to them as to us, and that's rare to find.

Even though we had several prominent and really good agencies looking to work with us on this project, we chose EUROART93 after a detailed process, mostly due to our excellent previous experience with them, and they met our high expectation by doing an excellent work once again.

Both sides could have been more specific when developing a timeline for certain elements of the design, as we used another company for web development (also because of the previous good experience), and therefore it's crucial to be very precise about the timeline so everybody can be well-aligned. But, due to their flexibility and responsiveness, and smaller issues that came along the way were quickly fixed.

Overall experience working with EA93 team was more than just a business task/project. The main impression is that they are providing more than is expected, giving added value to the project and relationship with our end-client.

Communication is with very fast feedback and prompt and express mail correspondence, without the need for unnecessary "ping-pong" messages. If needed, they are available through all available channels, ad hoc online meetings, or phone calls/messages.

The most impressive about them was their respect for the agreed deadlines, even with much earlier deliveries. Another thing is the flexibility to change things "in the middle" of the project, as a result of a final client or misunderstanding that was realized too late after the project started.

In initial phase, together with EuroArt93 we organised series of workshops to present module and features of our Digital Banking solution. Their team preformed analysis and provided relevant information and feedback. After initial phase, crucial parts of our platform which needed improved customer experience and more user friendly customer journey are identified (both web channel and mobile apps). Project was done in iteration, using agile methodology and only within couple of weeks first set of features was redesigned and ready for testing.

We are very satisfied with delivered UI/UX design. Beside that EuroArt helps as with branding and marketing of our new out-of-the-box solution. We are receiving positive feedback from both existing and potential clients on the market and we have already manage to sell and implement new redesigned solution to one client. Everyting what we were aiming at the start of our co-operation, user-friendly and easy to navigate solution was achieved through joint work.

EuroArt93 was very open and very responsive in communication with our team. Combining couple of in-person meetings with conf. calls and collaboration through online portal was perfect combination.
