What business challenge were you trying to address with the vendor?

We hired ETT to create an ios app that is a sales tool for our end client. We also used them to create web based trivia games to drive engagement at our clients meetings.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ETT integrated with our team and attended our clients’ meetings representing Pearson Technology. It was a seamless collaboration between our two companies.

What is the team composition?

We had an account manager that worked with the ETT project manager who then managed their team.

Found them online.

How much have you invested with them?

ETT has done a several projects for us spanning from small webinars to large deployments of custom apps and everything in between.

What is the status of this engagement?

We have completed this latest project together but I know they are always just a call away when the next project comes.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our client rates everything we do using survey and we received perfect scores for the project they worked on.

How did the vendor perform from a project management standpoint?

ETT delivered on time and on budget. What was even more impressive was the short time frame they were given and was still able to deliver a polished product.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciated the open communication and accessibility they offered. They truly care and offer suggestions to enhance the project which attributed to the success with our clients event.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not that I can think of.
