We needed someone to develop our e-commerce site.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ethics Infotech developed our e-commerce website. They’ve also developed Odoo software for inventory management and to manage our accounting. Currently, they manage our accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and eBay, taking care of our B2B and B2C operations. They also handle our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts and do our SEO.

What is the team composition?

Our main points of contact are the CEO and the general manager. There are around 7–8 more people involved from Ethics Infotech.

How did you come to work with Ethics Infotech LLP?

A relative of mine lives in the same city where Ethics Infotech is located, and he told me they were doing a great job. I casually met with them, and they felt like family.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent 700,000–80,000 Indian rupees (approximately $9,000–$10,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Ethics Infotech completed our website in about three months, and we’re getting an increase in views day by day. We’re also generating many more orders than before, and users really enjoy the product.

How did Ethics Infotech LLP perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver before the deadline, and we never have to remind them. We communicate with them via WhatsApp, and we have meetings twice a month.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Whenever there’s something new in the market, Ethics Infotech gets established in it better than others. They provide results quickly and cooperate very well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing they need to improve; they’ve been good so far.
