Our collaboration began with a series of discovery workshops where their team helped us shape the overall architecture of our decentralized platform. From there, they took full ownership of the blockchain layer, both in terms of design and implementation. Their team developed a multi-chain bridge system that allowed seamless asset transfers between Ethereum, Cardano, and our proprietary infrastructure. They handled everything from smart contract development to security audits, and also delivered a custom-built routing mechanism using their Blade Technology, which significantly optimized bridge performance and gas efficiency. Beyond the blockchain components, they also supported the backend integration, built APIs for data flow, and helped set up node infrastructure and monitoring dashboards

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered measurable results on several key fronts. Within the first two weeks of launch, our cross-chain bridge handled over 10,000 secure transactions with zero downtime or critical issues. We also saw a significant improvement in transaction speed compared to our previous bridging solution, largely due to the optimized routing system Ethernal implemented using their Blade framework. On the security side, all smart contracts passed third-party audits with no high-risk vulnerabilities reported.

They were highly organized from the start, setting clear milestones, maintaining transparent timelines, and keeping us updated through regular sprint reviews and weekly calls. They used tools like Jira to track progress and communicate efficiently, which made collaboration smooth even across time zones. Every major deliverable was completed on schedule, even when we had scope changes or urgent feature requests.
