I’m the owner of Q2 Digital Marketing, a full-service digital marketing agency. We work primarily with small and medium-sized businesses that are trying to leverage more out of their internet presence to get more traffic, visibility, and performance.

What challenge were you trying to address with Esteplogic IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd?

I wanted to be more profitable and competitive in the local marketplace. I was looking for the right partner that could deliver these solutions at an affordable price and with integrity and consistency.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’ve mainly been developing websites for us. We work in LAMP Stack. Our teams are pretty collaborative; we create the design and work with them through the process of their development. Sometimes we get into pretty integrated data management solutions where we’re integrating with a server or third-party data source. They have the scale to be able to handle it and manage the programming of all of it.

What is the team composition?

Dixit (Director & Co-Founder) is our main point of contact, but there are about 20 people on his team. There are always a couple of developers on each project.

How did you come to work with Esteplogic IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd?

I found them out through a brokerage service. I was working with another company that kept dropping the ball with me, so I reached out to Dixit. I gave him a couple of projects and they turned out well, so I gave him more and more.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested about $50,000–$75,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in January 2010 and our relationship is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They're able to develop about 14 websites a year for us and they are all of good quality. We receive a lot of good feedback on our websites from customers and have a number of five star reviews, which reflects on them as well.

How did Esteplogic IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

I tracked their progress through time reporting from an accounting perspective. We have a time system that manages the time on each of the projects and then we look at each project as they come through to see how the time matches what the estimate is. They’re very responsive; they communicate and deliver everything we’re asking for.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They live up to what they say they’re going to do and if it’s not right, they’ll do whatever it takes to make it right. It’s been a good trusting relationship for us. Their flexibility and commitment to service and delivery are hard to find in today’s marketplace. Trust can be hard to build in this industry, especially when on the other side of the world.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s a bit of a language barrier, but overall it’s not that hard to communicate.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make your strategy clear and document what you need so that they have that as a tool to work with and then follow up to communicate. Take projects you're comfortable with and test them with anyone you’re working with. You can make judgments and evaluations as you move forward on other projects.

We developped many extra features that are now working perfect. Calendar tools, api connections, customer pages, new payment methods,...

Dixit is always available and will help us fix urgent issues. Our partnership became even better through the years we worked together. Fluent english and timely deliveries

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very flexible way of working and easy communication.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind at the moment. Perhaps we should do development not in pur live environment , so we can test before we go live.
