What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Esparks IT Solution Private Limited's work resulted in fast deployment cycles with good CI/CD practices. The team also increased our web presence with a responsive site with great SEO. We had zero web presence before the project, and now we have a fully functional responsive website. We also saw a 65% increase in our followers on Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn. Moreover, lead generation improved by 30%, and the average session duration showed that visitors were spending time exploring content and interacting with the site.

How did Esparks IT Solution Private Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

Esparks IT Solution Private Limited's project management was very good. We had frequent status updates and alignment meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. The team was able to quickly react to changes in direction and new feedback. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

There were moments when, to keep the project moving efficiently, the team made design or functionality decisions based on the information available at the time. Once we provided additional user feedback, they quickly refined those elements. In hindsight, we could have been more proactive in clarifying requirements upfront, which would have reduced the amount of rework. Overall, their willingness to make progress and then adapt based on feedback helped maintain strong project momentum.
