I’m the co-founder and CEO of a food and beverage company.

What challenge were you trying to address with eSEOspace?

We had just started our business and needed help with website design and development. We wanted to create a warm and welcoming website with modern features. We needed a space where our customers could browse our meals, place orders, pay securely, sign up for meal plans, and get real-time updates.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

eSEOspace redesigned our website and integrated payment methods. They also added features that allowed customers to create an account, order meals, and subscribe to regular meal deliveries. The team created profiles for our chefs so customers could choose their preferred chef when ordering. eSEOspace integrated order tracking and push notifications to update customers on their food delivery status. The team optimized our website and migrated it from Squarespace to Wix.

We worked with a project manager, a web designer and developer, and the CEO.

How did you come to work with eSEOspace?

I found eSEOspace on Clutch. I had previously worked with another company I found on Clutch, so I searched for another company to see if they could deliver what I wanted.

We spent less than $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from June–August 2025. If I have any adjustments or things to be added to our website moving forward, I'll surely contact them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

eSEOspace delivered a website that met our expectations. The new system allowed us to handle a busy period smoothly. Customers knew where their orders were, and we had fewer calls. The kitchen team could keep up with all the orders without any problems. The website was no longer a mess, and everything ran smoothly.

How did eSEOspace perform from a project management standpoint?

eSEOspace was fantastic to work with. The team was always on time, super responsive, and quick to adapt to our needs. We communicated via Google Meet, phone calls, and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

eSEOspace understood our brand and what I wanted really well. The team didn't provide a generic design; they added the feelings I wanted to the website. I loved communicating with them; they always explained things to me.

I wish I had found them sooner and used them from the beginning.

Communicate well and tell them what you need. Don't hesitate to tell them if there is a problem or if there are updates you want to make. They're super friendly.

Since launch compared to the month prior, we have seen massive improvements in our conversion rates and overall performance rates relating to the website.

Ben is extremely responsive and quick to execute on many rounds of adhock feedback. He was able to do everything that we asked of him in a timely and organized fashion.

What I found most impressive was their ability to be flexibile with our business and feedback structures. What I appreciated most is no matter what idea or thought we had for the website, they never said flat out "no" or "we can't do that".
