I see an area of opportunity for Escalable to take more ownership of the committees or meetings where they were expected to provide activity reports to our company. On several occasions, the agenda and purpose of the follow-up were diverted, which took us away from the objective.

We hired Escalable to help us define our Value Proposition, identify our ideal target audience and come up with a communication strategy that could help us with demand generation.  Additionally, Escalable helped us integrate a CRM with a demand generation tool as well as some campaigns we ran.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

First and foremost, we were able to truly define our Value Proposition.  After multiple meetings discussing our talents and key offerings, Escalable was able to produce a clear statement of what our customers would benefit from if they were to engage with us.  

Secondly, our Sales & Marketing team was taken through the process of creating a content strategy to target the audience that we believe would benefit the most from our services.

Finally, Esacalable helped us choose our CRM and demand generation tool, which integrated seamlessly in order to run campaigns and capture interest very easily.

Both Ingrid and Julianna were very professional in the way they structured the meetings and documented the expectations for each.  We were given clear instrtuctions on what each meeting would be about and provided us with access to Notion in order to see the progress and easily consult all the deliverables being produced in the process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was mainly impressed by Escalable Digital's knowledge of the subject.  The art of generating top of the funnel prospects and managing the pipeline correctly needs experience and the patience to teach others.  I felt that after we concluded our engagement, I was well aware of our value proposition, who to target and how to follow up with interested parties being captured via our LinkedIn campaigns.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Escalable Digital could have done differently?

Not at the moment.  My experience with Escalable was short but sweet.  Their professionalism was great and me and my team felt that their service added a ton of value to our company.
