We needed custom software development services, including web development and Salesforce integration through APIs.

What was the scope of their involvement?
EPixelSoft® has helped us build a streamlined financial services platform for small business owners. The team has designed and developed a web application where small business owners can submit an online application and upload the required documents. The application then goes to our underwriting department.
EPixelSoft® has built everything from scratch, including all integrations and software development. The team has also helped us integrate Salesforce into our proprietary web portal. Additionally, EPixelSoft® provides hosting and maintains and upgrades the platform as we build it in phases.
What is the team composition?
I work directly with Anil (COO) and one developer. They relay all the information to the rest of the team because they understand our business model and how we're trying to integrate different software.
How did you come to work with EPixelSoft®?
Our VP initiated the relationship with EPixelSoft® through his research and prior partnerships with other companies. The team was cost-effective and also provided a hands-on service, which is why we stuck with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We've spent around $250,000 in this project.
What is the status of this engagement?
We've been working with EPixelSoft® for close to a decade. We've advanced with this particular project in the last couple of years, but the team has provided many other services, products, and projects during these years.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
EPixelSoft® has helped us scale the number of applicants we can work with monthly. We've grown by 25%–30% just this year alone. Additionally, our underwriting speed has increased by 2x, and we're now twice as fast, thanks to the app's streamlined technology. As we continue to do more development phases, we'll keep driving those numbers up. Our engagement has been a huge success.

EPixelSoft®'s team has a good understanding of our business model. We communicate through email, Slack, Google Chat, and other chat platforms. We meet weekly with the team.

I want to highlight Anil's work. He's very responsive and understands our business model and the platforms we work with in depth. Anil is a big reason for being able to do what we're doing.
What did you find most impressive about them?
EPixelSoft® communicates very well, and their ability to learn on the fly has been a big part of our project's success. We know the team is learning new concepts that we're working with.
Are there any areas they could improve?
One area of improvement is EPixelSoft®'s timeliness. The team isn't far off the deadline, but they could work a little faster on some of the smaller items we're trying to accomplish. EPixelSoft® dedicates many resources to achieving the larger items, which is why they take longer. However, if EPixelSoft® could deliver the smaller tasks faster, it would benefit them in the long run.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I suggest having a structured plan of what you’re trying to accomplish and setting deadlines and expectations from the beginning. Meet with EPixelSoft® as many times as you can to communicate exactly what you're trying to accomplish. Details are key in development, so be very detailed in your plan, and the team will be able to execute it for you.

What challenge were you trying to address with EPixelSoft®?
When I was at my previous company, we had an automation project. We were dealing with power plants and needed data. We needed to automate the logic of how to start a motor, run a pump, and open and close the valve. We hired EPixelSoft® to help us build an automation tool.

What was the scope of their involvement?
EPixelSoft® built an automation tool for us. We gave EPixelSoft® the logic step by step, telling them what type of data we needed and what control logic we needed. From there, they built the software and coded it themselves. We were experts on the mechanical side, and they were experts on the software side. The team used Python to write the tool's scripts.
What is the team composition?
We worked with two teammates from EPixelSoft®.
How did you come to work with EPixelSoft®?
We found them through Google. My boss decided to hand the project over to them.
What is the status of this engagement?
I worked with them from April 2022–October 2023, when I left the company.

EPixelSoft® built a nice software tool for us. Despite the challenging aspects of the project, they did very good work. We had to create the logic for many controllers, and it would have taken 6–8 months to do it all manually. With the help of EPixelSoft®, we were able to read the files in two weeks.
How did EPixelSoft® perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management was very good. When we emailed them about bugs, the team sorted them out. Since both companies were in the Delhi area, about 10 kilometers away, we had weekly in-person meetings, and the team came to our office if required. We also used Microsoft Teams calls to communicate.
