What challenges were you trying to address with Enzziro?

We needed help creating an enterprise app and a website and to digitize many of our manual processes.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Enzziro has developed an enterprise app for our internal sale and purchase and also a websitethat serves as a portfolio for our refinery. The app displays live gold prices and includes features that allow us to adjust local market values. The team has also added processes to help increase efficiency in our scrap process, which was previously manual.

We work with 2–5 members of Enzziro's team.

How did you come to work with Enzziro?

We found Enzziro through personal relations. We chose them over other options because they offered good value for the cost, their company values aligned with ours, and they understood the gold business.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Enzziro in December 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Enzziro's work has resulted in efficiency and simplification in our processes. For example, the prices we give to customers are now 100% real-time accurate, even in the most volatile times. Additionally, our scrap process has seen a 60% improvement in organization, with faster processing and fewer mistakes.

How did Enzziro perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate with Enzziro's team through in-person meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

There are many app developers, but none we've met have actually understood the gold business's inner workings like Enzziro.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything for Enzziro to improve.
