My name is Natalia and I am the Marketing Director of Artadian Gaming - LLP. We are the creators of the game "Battle of Geniuses" - it is the first-ever real-time interactive quiz in the world. I am engaged in popularization and brand awareness, audience expansion.

For what projects/services did your company hire Ensocore, and what were your goals?

The company has been recommended by our business partners as a reliable companion. We have partnered with Ensocore to develop a mobile game application and server architecture. They helped us to build a solid infrastructure to handle the huge real-time audience of the game.

How did you select Ensocore and what were the deciding factors?

We received many proposals for cooperation and contacted various IT-companies. Ensocore seemed to have good expertise in this field, reasonable pricing, and excellent time planning. Therefore, we approached cooperation.

The following stack of technologies has been chosen: – Node.js for server-side – Unity for client-side – MongoDB for data storage. Ensocore helped us in all those spheres and proposed multiple ideas on gameplay improvement. The company handled all technical issues that appeared during the development process.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 3 people on behalf of Ensocore: senior backend developer, middle frontend developer, and project manager. Company founders also took an active part in negotiation and strategy development.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Ensocore helped us to develop the Android version of the game. Since the start of cooperation, our game audience increased almost tenfold. The number of critical bugs is now much lower. With the help of Ensocore we can keep growing and attract new gamers from all over the world.

Since the beginning, we decided to use agile methodology so that we could be more flexible in the development process. With Ensocore we made the online meetings on a daily basis and hold one meeting a week in their office.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They always stayed organized and responsible while working together and made us feel comfortable throughout the development process. The technical lead and co-owner of Ensocore, whose name is Dmytro, have fundamental knowledge in the field of development. All this made the workflow very efficient and thoughtful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In my opinion, almost everything has been done in a good manner. I think the team should do more in marketing to become more popular in Ukrainian and European markets.

My name is Serge Slavoutsky. I am COO at Karma Digital company. We are an authorized partner of Harman corporation and the biggest distributor in Ukraine of such brands as AKG, Arcam, JBL Synthesis, Soundcraft, Mark Levinson, Lexicon, and Revel.

Our goal was to build a B2B system to help the cooperation between Karma Digital and distributors of audio systems. We also wanted Ensocore to develop a mobile app from scratch as a communication and sales channel of the B2B platform.

We have studied several IT companies on the local market, Ensocore has made better quality and price offer for us than competitors. That's why we came up with cooperation.

Ensocore developed a B2B web portal and mobile app for us, where we, as the distributor of audio products, contact the dealers. The portal includes a web interface, an online catalog with more than 4000 items, an administrative panel for managing categories, prices, and all the information of the systems. They also implemented the Akeneo PIM system to simplify the management of products.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We connected with the project manager about all the relevant issues. Sometimes tech lead explained technical aspects of the system directly for us.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Guys from Ensocore have made exactly what we wanted. We finally got rid of paper catalogs and moved all the information into digital form. With the web and application version of the B2B system, our partners always have access to current prices, descriptions, and availability of products. We also observe an increasing number of orders through the B2B portal.

We had meetings every two weeks. Usually, we discussed everything that has been completed and planned future jobs to do. We also have had effective brainstorming sessions and discussed business ideas that might be of use in the B2B platform.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They always stayed focused on the proper things during our work time together and made us feel comfortable and aware throughout the development process. Dmytro, who is a teсh lead and co-owner of Ensocore, has experience in sales and a phenomenal understanding of the industry. That all made the workflow very effective and thoughtful.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We continue to work with Ensocore as we do further work on the mobile application and B2B system overall. It looks like we have a bilateral benefit of cooperation.

My name is Vladimir Golovaschuk, I’m the Head of Digital-projects & Marketing, Data Protection Officer at Blauberg Group which owns Brands such as VENTS, BLAUBERG VENTILATOREN, BLAUBERG MOTOREN, BLACK ORCHID, ZERN ENGINEERIN, etc.

Our group of companies manufactures energy-saving ventilation systems and operates multiple plants in Europe, USA and China with headquarters in Germany.

For what projects/services did your company hire Ensocore, and what were your goals?

We wanted to launch and support the web service Blauberg Selector and Vents Selector. This is a platform for automatic selection of commercial and industrial ventilation systems.

We wanted to make automatic selection of ventilation systems. Selector software was supposed to facilitate the choice ease sales and the quality of communication between sales engineers and their customers. Also we planned to automate and simplify the equipment selection process for our sales managers and engineers.

It’s been recommended by our colleagues who’d been already working with Ensocore.

The task was to develop a system for the automatic optimal selection and technical calculation of ventilation equipment depending on weather conditions, building regulations and user preferences.

This system can be used by both experienced employees of the company and private customers who are far from this area. Online service automatically takes into account important factors and details on which the correct operation of the ventilation system depends and performs calculations in a few clicks.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The team included business owner, product managers, project manager and also specialist in theoretical physics from the our (customer) side, working closely with back-end developer, front-end developer and customer support specialist from the side of developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The sales have risen dramatically. The program also saves a lot of time for the sales team and our design engineers.

Communication was super easy. We had meetings every week or 2 weeks (it depended on the scope of tasks) to communicate about work they completed and to explain our vision on future sprints.

Also we can make hotfixes in case we need to do something urgently. Usually guys do such tasks ASAP and give us a quick feedback!!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me the most was their involvement in the project and guy's ability to convey complex things in simple words.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In my opinion the company should narrow their fields of interest. At the moment the range of business sectors of their interest is too wide.

We provided delivery service through the our web site and as our business has been growing we realised the necessity of mobile application

How did you select this vendor?

We found Ensocore upon recommendation. They have an important experience in HoReCa sector. From the preliminary meetings Ensocore team asked relevant questions for us, that once again confirmed the experience in area of work. And one more important point is price, which was a little bit less than average on market.

Describe the project in detail.

Before the start of development together with Ensocore team we fully elaborated technical requirements. We've already had design for application in Figma, but we agreed to finalize the layout in the process, but within the functionality we had agreed before. Finally we negotiated deadlines with small time gap in case of possible issues while launching the application in the App Store and Google Play.

What was the team composition?

We communicated with project manager, front-end and back-end developer. It depended on what we needed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We launched application not long ago, but we see the increasing number of orders within the new app.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Project manager always kept in touch with us. Developers also explained about technological nuances of features, that they provided. Communication was super friendly and easy.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are really interested in the project. They use their technical skills to provide the best solution, and, that is also important, they explain in depth why this solution works work better, than another.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Nothing special. Ensocore is a good mix of experience, skills and price.
