• Our primary goal was to establish a strong and professional online presence that truly reflects our salon’s brand and services. We wanted a modern, user-friendly, and responsive website with integrated booking functionality to make it easier for clients to schedule appointments. In addition, we aimed to improve our search engine visibility, increase website traffic, attract new client inquiries, and centralize our communication by managing bookings, messages, and emails within one practical, all-in-one platform.

The scope of work included the complete development of our salon’s online presence. Engridded designed and built a modern, fully responsive website that showcases our services, team, pricing, and gallery. They integrated an online booking system that allows clients to easily schedule appointments, while also connecting all bookings, messages, and emails into one centralized platform for easier day-to-day management.

In addition to web design and development, Engridded implemented on-page SEO optimization to improve our search engine rankings and Google visibility. They also provided branding guidance to ensure the website visually aligns with our salon’s identity, along with strategic advice on social media to help attract new clients. The final deliverables included a fully functional website, SEO setup, integrated booking system, and an all-in-one management platform that streamlined our operations and improved overall efficiency.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Stronger online reputation through structured review management, leading to higher trust and improved client conversion rates.

Build a conversion focused website and improve local online visibility to increase organic inquiries and client trust.

Since the website launch, our online visibility has significantly improved, and our website traffic increased by approximately 40%. We now receive between 10–15 new client inquiries per month directly through the website and integrated booking system.

In addition, the centralized platform has helped us streamline our daily operations by managing bookings, messages, and emails in one place, saving us time and reducing administrative workload. Overall, the project resulted in increased client engagement, more appointment bookings, and improved operational efficiency for our salon.

If anything, one potential improvement could be providing an even more detailed onboarding guide for fully utilizing all platform features from day one. However, their team was always available to answer questions and provide support whenever needed.
