Please describe your company and your position there.

Hebert-Thomas Law, PLLC is a corporate law firm providing sound legal counsel and a myriad of corporate services to both novice and well-seasoned entrepreneurs. My practice areas encompass Corporate Formation and Governance; Business and Technology Transactions; and Mergers & Acquisitions. I am the principal attorney.

For what projects/services did your company hire Empuls3?

My firm hired Empuls3 to design a custom WordPress website, our logo, and branding content, as well as my SEO and social media marketing campaigns. Before hiring Empuls3, our firm had little to no marketing presence. After hiring Empuls3, I am generating several new leads per month.

What were your goals for this project?

Having very little technical knowledge, my goals for this project was to simply establish a marketing presence through the use of a well designed website. However, Empuls3 went above what I could have ever imagined with the design and flow of my website, logo and social media marketing materials.

Empuls3 exceeded all of my expectations by explaining what digital tools would help best streamline the firm's marketing workflows and how it would help maximize client leads within my practice area.

How did you select this vendor?

I decided to hire Empuls3 after the owner initially hired my firm for prior legal work.

Empuls3 custom designed, developed, configured, and launched my law firm's WordPress website, designed my firm's logo and other branded content, and designed and implemented our social media marketing campaigns.

Rob developed wireframes and mock-ups, which I ultimately approved. After making these approvals, I provided Rob with the legal content. The project underwent testing and final approvals and was ultimately completed within 3 weeks.

What was the team composition?

The project was led solely by Robert Thomas, a freelance full-stack web-developer and marketing consultant.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Since the launch of my website and social media campaigns, my firm has increased its digital marketing presence, prior to which, was non-existent. Additionally, the firm experienced an influx of client leads within my practice areas.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was very effective. Rob promptly explained technical terminology and processes to me in a way that I could digest. He was very professional and prompt in responding to my inquiries, completed all agreed-upon tasks prior to or by dedicated deadlines. We communicated via Trello, Skype, and phone.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What is most impressive about this company is that they listened to my technical problems and marketing concerns. They effectively developed a solution, all while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.

I have no recommendations for improvement for this company.
