So far, I can’t measure the success of the app because it’s still in progress. However, Empat did share a few design variations, and I was able to choose one to move forward with. As for the website, I like the design, but in my opinion, it lacks a bit of variety since they’ve only completed the home page and the about me page so far. On the bright side, it has made it easier to advertise my services, as my clients can now easily get in touch with me through the site.

Based on what they’ve shared, it looks like they’re on track to complete the project on time, and the website was delivered as scheduled. Most of the time, they respond to my requests within one day. I did have one instance where I wanted to add additional functionality to the app, and they accepted it, which I really appreciated since I thought they might charge extra for it.
