We started with Discovery Stage where we have our main next steps:
Creating project mind map
Creating wireframes.

For what projects/services did your company hire Empat, and what were your goals?
We contacted Empat with the aim of creating an application for my start-up in healthcare industry.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I was looking around and there are so many agencies on clutch.co. But when I talked to Empat, it was really natural and I felt like it was going to be a great experience, and that they were going to care. That meant a lot to me as a product manager of a startup.

Souli is an application in healthcare domain: it helps to take care of your mental health as 25% of the world's population has mental health problems, anxiety or depression. Using Souli application you could take control of your personal mental health.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Empat’s project manager Igor was our lead contact, and there were also team of technical specialists: 2 backend developers, IOS & Android developers, QA manager, DevOps. There were also UI/UX designer and Product Manager.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The application is on its final stages to be launched to the market. But so far, we are very satisfied with the deliverables.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
They leverage Jira, which has been effective in tracking the status of various tasks. Their project management style includes working in two-week sprints followed by PM and our approval. That’s been efficient, and we work well together as we implement changes into the app. During active development, we met every week.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The willingness to go above and beyond to achieve our goals and make us happy about our experience has never wavered. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had came from the team.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Overall, I am pleased with their work. So far, they've completed everything I've asked of them.
