Kate Armbruster: I’m the VP of operations at Compass Digital, a digital marketing agency.

Zachary Senvisky: I’m the director of business development.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Emergent Digital?

KA: We needed help with some digital marketing services, specifically in paid media.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

KA: We partner with Emergent Digital for paid media services. We’ve worked with them on a project for a large client, for which they’re in charge of their monthly paid media activities, such as campaign management and reporting.

ZS: They create and manage these campaigns on Google Ads. These campaigns are a mix of seasonal and evergreen campaigns.

What is the team composition?

KA: We work with one person from Emergent Digital. He’s an executive within the company, so he has offered a lot of executive-level strategies.

How did you come to work with Emergent Digital?

KA: Our founder is an old friend of Emergent Digital’s founder.

How much have you invested with them?

KA: We’ve spent around $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

KA: We started working together in April 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

KA: Emergent Digital is a very good strategic partner overall.

How did Emergent Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

KA: Emergent Digital’s performance has been great. They’re very responsive and deliver everything on time and on budget. We communicate via Slack and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

KA: Emergent Digital’s expertise in digital marketing is impressive.
