NK, an automotive parts supplier located in Japan, recently secured a new business opportunity involving the supply of parts to a customer in the United States. Following the start of production (SOP), a quality issue arose in a subsequent process. As a local supplier, NK lacked the direct connections and language capabilities necessary to effectively communicate and collaborate with the US customer to resolve these issues.
