Elogic Commerce began by conducting a comprehensive audit of our clients' e-commerce platforms. Their team reviewed site load times, mobile responsiveness, and SEO readiness. After presenting their findings, they implemented several technical optimizations, including speeding up page load times and enhancing the user interface to improve conversions.
They also helped us apply industry-standard SEO practices. By the end of the project, our clients’ sites were running faster, had better mobile experiences, and showed improved conversion rates.

I'm the CMO of a company that manufactures scales, balances, and weighing equipment and sells them through distribution. We're a global organization, and I run the US division.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Elogic Commerce?
We were looking to improve automation with our distributors and dealers through a website, so we needed to create an e-commerce site. We had started this project with a different developer, but that engagement didn't work out very well, so we reached out to Elogic Commerce.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Elogic Commerce has designed and developed a completely new e-commerce website for us. Initially, we had a couple of meetings with them before starting the process of developing this website. As for the technology stack the team has used Magento for the CMS. Although the project has required some design work, the main framework was already in place before Elogic Commerce joined.
This website is a global e-commerce site, so it has multiple storefronts, payment methods, and shipping methods. Given that we sell our products through distribution, we have different customer groups. Even our end customers can go to this site and order spare parts for their equipment as well.
What is the team composition?
We've worked with around six teammates from Elogic Commerce, including an account manager, a project manager, a frontend developer, a backend developer, some QC engineers, and a DevOps engineer.
How did you come to work with Elogic Commerce?
We found them on Google. At the time, we looked at a lot of developers, and Elogic Commerce seemed to be the best option.
How much have you invested with them?
We've spent around $150,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We've been working with Elogic Commerce since around mid-2022.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Thanks to our website, we've seen an increase in sales. It's easier for us to sell through this website, and it requires fewer resources. Before selling online, our customers would call us, we would provide them a quote, and they would later pay the order. Having an e-commerce website has freed up a lot of the processes previously required. Moreover, being able to see our stock has helped our dealers, so our customer satisfaction has also increased, although it's hard to measure.
How did Elogic Commerce perform from a project management standpoint?
Elogic Commerce uses several tools, including ActiveCollab for managing tasks and Microsoft Teams for communication. Sometimes, we also use email. The team communicates with us very quickly and is also quick to respond to tasks, usually within a day. Still, if something is urgent, they respond even quicker.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?
I would like to give a shout-out to Viktor (Magento 2 Backend Developer) — he thinks outside of the box. A lot of developers do exactly what the client tells them what they want. However, Viktor usually comes back and tells me about other considerations and the effects of what we're trying to do.

Are there any areas they could improve?
There's nothing Elogic Commerce could improve on.

Be clear upfront about what you're looking for and spend more time on the planning side than on the implementation side. Thorough planning will lead to more successful projects.

I'm the VP of IT, and my role is to manage our e-commerce development team, warehouse management system, customer service tools, and infrastructure. Our company has created a high-end automatic self-cleaning litter box and has been in the business for 22 years.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Elogic Commerce?
We had a lot of projects that we had to work on simultaneously, and our internal development team didn't have the bandwidth to complete all projects in the required timeline.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We've worked with Elogic Commerce on one project and are currently getting quotes for two other projects. Elogic Commerce has built a Magento module that consists of a gallery similar to a real estate or idea center gallery. Initially, we provided Elogic Commerce with a product requirement document that thoroughly described all the features and high-fidelity creative components.
The gallery allows users to see our product in a real-world setting and filter the options based on their personal preferences, depending on what kind of home and cat they have.
What is the team composition?
We work with around nine teammates from Elogic Commerce. We have a product manager, a project manager, an account manager, frontend and backend developers, a QA specialist, and a business analyst.
How did you come to work with Elogic Commerce?
I found Elogic Commerce on Clutch. We looked at five different companies, four of which we found on Clutch. We narrowed our list down to two companies with the best presentation and good reviews. We finally chose Elogic Commerce because we felt the way they interacted with our team worked best for us. How much have you invested with them?
We've spent approximately $50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Elogic Commerce in March 2024, and our engagement is ongoing. The first project is nearing completion, and the next project will start soon.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Elogic Commerce's final product is definitely what we expected, and the team has done an excellent job managing change requests. We've asked for a few new features that we hadn't thought of, which came from Elogic Commerce's questions. The partnership has been great.
The team has provided code to our developers, who reviewed it and found it acceptable. We haven't had to send back any changes to the team. The feature hasn't been launched yet, so I don't have any KPIs to share at the moment, but the gallery itself is far better than our existing gallery. Overall, the entire team is very good at asking questions that weren't explicitly explained in our assets, and we thought we had very detailed requirements and creative components.
Elogic Commerce's questions have pushed us to think further about various UX edge cases. The team has thought of different scenarios and suggested different solutions. Elogic Commerce is very good at asking probing questions to ensure they fully understand what we want to build.
How did Elogic Commerce perform from a project management standpoint?
Elogic Commerce delivers work on time and on budget. The team is very communicative when setting up demos and expectations. Elogic Commerce delivers the work they commit to. Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?
I want to highlight Kriss' (Senior Project Manager) work. She's very good at communicating with us.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Elogic Commerce hits the mark on every opportunity they have, and we'll actually change some of our processes because we feel the way the team does certain things is better than ours. We have an internal development team and processes, and the way Elogic Commerce works is something to emulate.
Are there any areas they could improve? I don't have an answer for something they can improve.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
My advice to any client working with an external vendor is to ensure they provide high-quality creative and detailed requirements so they can set the team for success to deliver exactly what they want.
