I’m a partner at a digital relations firm. We handle everything from helping companies establish themselves on social media to content marketing.

What challenge were you trying to address with Element Softworks Ltd?

We had an idea for an awards ceremony for the firearms and outdoor space –– The Gundys. We wanted to build the ceremony around influencers in the community. We brought on Element Softworks Ltd to build a platform for the awards ceremony.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built everything from the ground up. The web platform that Element Softworks Ltd built allowed users to vote for their favorite influencers in the space. The platform also helps users find influencers that hadn’t heard of before. 

They also provided SEO services to promote the awards ceremony. We ran ads on Facebook and Google. Their team designed graphics for those ads and posts. They also did email marketing and design. 

On the business side of things, the platform is something that we can sell in the future as a solution for other companies. 

In addition to this project, they’ve worked with us to design multiple websites for our clients. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with a team of about six people. 

How did you come to work with Element Softworks Ltd?

Luke (CEO & Full Stack Developer) was visiting the United States and our mutual friend introduced us. We stayed connected, and he started Element Softworks Ltd at the same time that we started our company. We formed a business partnership thereafter. 

How much have you invested with them?

We probably spent around $110,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the project in September 2019, and the website launched that December. We’re still working with them on other projects.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project catapulted our reputation within our industry. We had over 2 million click-throughs on the website, and over 100,000 active voters. 

How did Element Softworks Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

After we outlined the scope and strategy, we let them work pretty independently. They handled the entire project from a development and graphics standpoint. We would just come to them with ideas or changes. They handled 90% of the project management, and they delivered on time. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I liked being able to work directly with them and talk with them practically 24/7. They’re easy-going and understand our needs. We really click. I can’t speak highly enough of Luke and Reuben (Frontend/Graphic Designer). 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s always little things, but there’s nothing that really stands out. I can’t honestly point out anything they should change. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers? 

They know what they’re doing, so let them do it. It’s also important to have your concept and all the features you want in place when you go over the scope of the work.

We talked about what I wanted from a design perspective. They created a new logo, completed my website, and helped design album artwork. I provided them with ideas for design, and their team refined it. 

They also optimized my social media accounts to make them appear more professional and cohesive.

I worked with two people. Luke (CEO) was my main point of contact, and Reuben (Frontend/Graphic Designer) was the designer.

I have a personal relationship with the CEO. I knew that Luke’s work was high quality, and that he could deliver a professional website.

The work was done pro bono. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in the summer of 2019, and the website was completed in January 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The material they provided is always professional, and my website works well and is without bugs. Everyone that has looked at the website is impressed. The artwork their team has designed is professional and has elevated my brand. 

How did Element Softworks Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

I have nothing but praise for them. I know that they typically develop websites more quickly, but because I wasn’t paying, I wasn’t in a rush. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They grasped the vision of what I wanted and came up with a solution that reflects that vision very quickly. I was impressed with their ability to relate my vision to their work. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing I can think of. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers? 

I highly recommend working with them. It’s good to have a look around at other providers, but I’d select them. They have a highly motivated team with an expansive skillset.

I’m the managing director of a garage-based tire shop that focuses on combat and mobile tires.

What challenge were you trying to address with Element Softworks Ltd?

I needed help with building a website and SEO strategy.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started with a brainstorming session, helping us to determine our audience. Then, they built out a website for my company. From there, they designed and implemented landing pages to convert people that clicked on our Google Ads content. 

They also created a strategy to improve my SEO as well. All of that progress was tracked through Google Analytics. We learned how to improve our rankings through social media advertising, keywords research, and metadata image descriptions. 

What is the team composition?

I work mainly with Luke (Founder & Director), but sometimes we also collaborate with two other teammates. 

How did you come to work with Element Softworks Ltd?

My wife works in IT and knew Luke. In our initial conversations, it seemed like he could handle all of our needs, so we’ve never looked anywhere else.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $10,000–$20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since January 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve improved my business’s ability to generate leads and convert new customers. My website is now modernized, works well, and is mobile-compatible. I feel like the work we did before the pandemic is helping my business weather out that storm.  

How did Element Softworks Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication is fantastic through email and phone calls. They’ve been great about answering questions and addressing problems on the website. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve great to work with and truly genuine people. It’s clear that they care about our success as a business and want to do their best to help us achieve our goals.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything. They’ve really helped me out.
