The most impressive aspect of the collaboration was the thought process Eleken applied to every aspect of the project. They were extremely thorough despite the application area being highly technical and completely new to them. They also created wonderful UI and UX examples.

They were superb throughout the project and we will use them again when we need similar assistance.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Eleken has delivered a clickable prototype that reflects great UX and serves as a basis for handoff to developers. We've exposed the prototype to potential users and laypeople for feedback, which has resulted in many UI changes and entire flows.

How did Eleken perform from a project management standpoint?

Eleken has played their part in project management. Overall, their designers are quite responsible and very thoughtful in product design thinking, which I can't say for all designers. We communicate via virtual meetings.

I'm impressed by Eleken's ability to design with product thinking, not just pretty UI.

We both could be more effective in tracking issues versus updates.
