There were no major areas for improvement. The team was responsive, proactive, and easy to work with. They moved quickly, so a little more time for internal discussion between iterations could be helpful, but their speed was also a strength.

Eleken delivered Figma designs that met our goals 100%. The designer was a genius, and the designs were terrific. Overall, the designs allowed us to move forward with our web SaaS app.

Eleken's project management was incredible and smooth. Although we didn't have goals and deadlines, the team kept producing high-quality, consistent work at a quick and regular pace. We mainly communicated through virtual meetings.

Eleken delivered high-quality work and terrific communication. The designer was amazing at taking my detailed specs and refining them to make them better. They also took my weak points and moved them along.

Overall, the general feedback is that the screens are simplified and easier to follow, with an ease of discovery and faster problem-solving.
