Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

I engaged the team to help revamp a complex research platform designed for investors. Initially, I had an existing platform for testing with early users, but it suffered from significant usability issues, leading to high drop-off rates. The primary goal was to enhance the user experience by improving workflows and simplifying the presentation of complex investment insights.

The team not only addressed these challenges but also introduced entirely new workflows that streamlined processes, improved navigation, and made the platform more intuitive for users. Their key contributions included:

• Redesign of User Workflows: Simplified and optimized user journeys to enhance engagement and reduce drop-off rates.
• Research and Data Pages: Designed pages that consolidate and present complex investment data in an accessible format.
• Project Management Dashboards: Created dashboards that facilitate efficient workflow management for users.
• Social Networking Tools: Developed features to foster better user connectivity and collaboration within the platform.
• Media and Content Pages: Improved media pages to effectively showcase insights, news, and relevant content.
• Restructuring Existing Features: Enhanced and restructured underperforming pages for greater usability and effectiveness.
• Ideation and New Features: Supported the conceptualization and design of new pages and features to meet evolving user needs.

Overall, their work resulted in a more cohesive, user-friendly platform that effectively meets the needs of investors, combining simplicity with functionality.
