They were responsive and skilled. The language barrier was hardly ever an issue (unlike with other design agencies we have engaged)

Our designer Viktoria was extremely hard-working, responsive, and talented

When we chose not to re-up, they suggested that we owed them another month of work because we did not provide 30 days notice. This was a surprise because we had not previously discussed such terms.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Karina has been incredible to work with. She quickly understands the requirements for each project, and is attentive to ask questions if unclear. She usually turns around designs within 24 hours, and is happy to iterate on it several times based on our feedback.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow has been excellent despite the time difference. Karina usually works during her business day to put designs together, and we review it during our business day and provide comments.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to quickly understand a project amazes me. It feels as though Karina has been a designer with JobCall since inception, even though she has only been working with us for just over a month.

No complaints to report.

Eleken not only designs nice UI's but also provides critical feedback on the way our product is used. This external feedback is very helpful.

No, this was my first experience working directly with web UI designers and Eleken helped to establish the right workflow.

Their ability to translate our existing product to a refined, user-friendly interface was very impressive. They are great at critical thinking and auditory comprehension.

We had an initial walkthrough on the old interface, some feedback and some changes in user flows that we wanted to achieve. The designer on our team was very quick in prototyping new changes and suggesting modifications to the existing design. Subsequently, we worked on design wireframes, creating a UI kit and creating the final designs.

The project consists of one major use case. The content writer creates a document in Google Docs and uses an add-on to turn it into a structured black/white landing page using the Bootstrap CSS framework.

I am very happy with their work. My POC was good enough to continue with development. And now I am on the development stage.
