I’m the general manager and owner of a real estate company.

What challenges were you trying to address with ELBAHI.NET ?

We hired them to build our websites and mobile apps.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

ELBAHI.NET created about 5–6 websites. For the different agencies we manage, they’ve also developed mobile apps and managed our social media. .The team also provides UI/UX design services. They used WordPress for the websites and the mobile apps were developed both for Android and iOS.

We had an initial phase of information gathering and brainstorming. During that time, we provided them with all the information about our business, ideas of similar websites, and so on. Then, based on that, they made a proposal. The sites were mostly to display information about our services and the image of our business.

What is the team composition?

About 16 people work on the project, including two designers, three mobile developers, and 11 web developers.

How did you come to work with  ELBAHI.NET?

ELBAHI.NET was recommended by a friend who had already worked with them. I also knew they had projects with very big companies like BMW, Adidas, and Volkswagen so that was a good reference too.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent $5,000–$10,000 a month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2017, we’ve been collaborating with them for about four years. Our company has an ongoing relationship with ELBAHI.NET.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have had good results because of ELBAHI.NET's work. Currently, we have between 1,000–2,000 visitors per day on our site.

How did ELBAHI.NET  perform from a project management standpoint?

I don’t know the details but I believe they use Jira, Atlassian, and Scrum methodologies to manage the project. As for our communications with them, we use Skype and have daily calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

ELBAHI.NET has great design skills; as a designer myself, that’s something that’s very important to me. Their work is of great quality in general, and they show great respect and engagement with their clients.

Are there any areas they could improve

I can’t mention anything.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Before starting a project with ELBAHI.NET, have a meeting with them. Enjoy a coffee together and discuss your ideas. They have a great human approach to their clients, and they love their work so it’ll be a good experience.
