I am the owner of a cleaning and facility management company in Reggio Emilia

Our challenge was to invest in online business to grow our turnover by 15% in the first year

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We evaluated three digital marketing agencies, two from Milan and one from Reggio Emilia. Our choice fell on Ekeria because it had been recommended to us by a person who had already worked with them and during the interviews they immediately understood our needs and proposed a solution that seemed consistent with our objectives.

They offered us to work on various fronts and in particular:

• revision of our brand identity
• remaking of the website and positioning on search engines
• opening social media pages with content management activities
• purchase of the Hubspot CRM platform to manage the funnel of contacts and the pipeline

They worked with us:

• The CEO of Ekeria for the digital marketing strategy
• A person for the implementation of HubSpot
• A person who coordinated the activities on Social Media and the development of the website

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The goal of making + 15% of turnover was achieved two months before the end of the year. In total we achieved + 18.5%, therefore beyond the target we had set for ourselves.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The work program was immediately clear and respected. We have never had any problem contacting them, even by phone and receiving their support.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The thing that impressed us was the closeness they had to us and to our project. We have always felt followed and understood and we have achieved the expected results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We have no indications of improvement, we have confirmed the collaboration with Ekeria also for 2022
