I'm the founder/owner at EZ Transaction, an all-in-one solution for small to medium-size businesses for their online appointments, bookings, reservations, secure online payments, direct messaging, and auto-reminders, needs to streamline their business operations and get more clients.

I wanted to invest my retirement money in a startup idea where the app and website will be very complex with lots of features as it is going to target almost every industry. So I hired EitBiz for web and mobile app development with the latest technologies.

I came to know about EitBiz through one of my colleagues at work and hearing about his feedback about the company; I did my research, compared with a few, and finally decided to go with EitBiz with my project. The other reason I chose them is because of their 15+ years of industry experience, expertise in the latest technologies, and affordable pricing.

I had a kick-off meeting with EitBiz to discuss my goals and objectives with EZ Transaction. From there, the team delivered mock-ups and wireframes for our website and app. After a few iterations, their team designed and developed an informational custom website and mobile app for Android & iOS. I provided them the content to reflect who we are and what are our offerings, which they updated on the site and added a few forms as per the requirements.

An IT director was the main point of contact throughout the process. There were also two full-stack developers and a designer working behind the scenes. Latest on the testing phase, I was introduced to their QA head.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our site and app, we saw good growth of visitors to the website and app with monthly registrations from customers and businesses from different domains. The customers and businesses love the features of the web and mobile app they built, and we're taking their feedback to improve it further.

We had daily stand-ups with their IT director, who communicated with the rest of the team. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time to prepare. We used Slack, Jira, and GitHub to coordinate, and they worked well with my team and me here.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us a professional website and app that's easy to manage with a great admin panel. My team had never worked with technologies like React before, so they took the time to explain things wherever we asked them to. Throughout, they were very transparent and quick to respond.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we first launched, there were some minor bugs. We let them know, and they were quick to fix the issues.
