Econsign Soft developed a custom CRM solution (Lins CRM) tailored to streamline our business operations and improve customer relationship management. The project included requirement analysis, UI/UX design, backend and frontend development, database architecture, role-based user management, lead and customer management modules, sales pipeline tracking, task and follow-up management, reporting dashboards, and API integrations. 
The team also implemented responsive web functionality, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. Their deliverables included a scalable, secure, and user-friendly CRM system that improved workflow efficiency, centralized customer data, and enhanced overall business productivity.

The implementation of Lins CRM significantly improved our operational efficiency and streamlined our sales process.
