It was left fairly open, we asked how long until we start seeing results, we were told 3 months. We could see results inside 2, so it's been ongoing ever since. We now leave him to get on with it and he has free reign to do whatever is needed to keep things improving, we get an email occasionally for clarification or to check things, but that's it. We get a monthly report which I seldom look at because it's all about the enquiries for me, as long as they keep improving, I'm happy.
