EazyCode redesigned and tailored a marketplace template they had already created to fit the requirements of Nxt Chapter. The Scope of work to create the MVP was orginally broken down into 3 sprints of development. Key deliverables included: 

• Design Iterations, both within your Bubble application, and outside of it
• Functional Design and Development of logic and workflows
• Planning and creation of the application Database 
• Testing & Validation of existing and new functionality
• Project Management Meetings (internal and external)
• Status Calls & Deliverables updates
• Preparations of reports, validation of requirements 
• Any other Research & Analysis of third-party services and/or tools needed to answer the questions or define the scope while on the project

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project achieved measurable success through the development of an MVP, which was further refined into a tailored platform, followed by a successful launch and good user adoption.

Progress across all phases was consistently tracked and updated in Asana. The team demonstrated excellent communication throughout, remaining highly responsive and providing regular updates on their progress while clearly outlining any requirements or next steps needed from stakeholders

I discussed my business concept with Eazy Code before committing, and they were incredibly patient and collaborative throughout the process. Now, we’ve developed a strong and effective partnership. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to build an MVP or those unsure of where to start. Alexander, the developer, consistently comes up with excellent solutions to challenges and suggests enhancements I hadn’t considered, which has been invaluable.

The eazycode team has been integral to the success of One2all.  From the onset when i brought the eazycode team on to develop the first ever entirely no-code NFT marketplace, they have provided top-tier development support.  
They have helped to build sophisticated custom apps, plugins and templates and provided ongoing support for the last 3 years.  Together we have built over 40 different projects and they have helped me support a portfolio of 50+ custom web3 bubble plugins.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

On-time delivery, the team has had exceptionally good on-time delivery for projected scope.  In the rare cases that there has been a risk of going over, the team has gone above and beyond and worked additional hours to make client deliverable timelines.
The other measure of success is quality of code and software.  The team builds software the right way, spending the time to think about implementations and logic.  As a product lead for 10+ years, I know when software developers cut corners and eazycode builds apps the right way.

Per prior answer, yes!  They have phenomenal project management and are super responsive.

Eazycode stands out for their quality development, high level communication and ability to extrapolate on requirements to build a right-sized feature/function.  We have jointly built several apps from scratch with limited initial requirements and specifications.  Their ability to build strong apps was exceptional!

Are there any areas for improvement or something EazyCode could have done differently?

I believe the team could expand further so long as they can continue to keep the quality of development high and the culture consistent.  I do have a concern whether the team can scale as my client base scales.
