Please describe your company and your position there.

I am freelance designer based in United Kingdom. For this project I was working for Design of Dream company to help them to create a new website.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire BCON.LT?

Company, that I was working for had their old website for about 5 years. They realised, that the old website needed to be updated and involve more people to come visit it more.

What were your goals for this project?

The company wanted to increase not only the number of people to visit their website, but also make it easy to access. Company also wanted to add more information about their partners and what they do.

How did you select this vendor?

As I know Design of Dream worked before with this company on their old website. I think this company was chosen really well because of the people and their knowledge of what they do and willingness to help not only to make website, but also explain why there were some of the things on the website, that was needed to reach more people.

Describe the project in detail.

The project started with research on different mockups, that Design of Dream company would like and after that my help as designer was involved to help to choose the best examples. After that we had couple of meeting with the main director from Bcon.lt to discuss not only design part, but also what would be good to have on the website to increase the number of people and reitings. After, we were working using skype to create the best results.

What was the team composition?

The main company manager and me only spoke with project manager from Bcon.lt. As I know there were also couple of developers behind the scenes, who were programming the ideas and designs that I was given.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

First of all we get a lot of nice feedback from the clients as well as Design of Dream partners. Moreover, the number of people, who were searching increased +36%, which is amazing.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything went really smooth. Project manager was really helpuful, because he also introduced us to some new updates, that we never knew before and informed us what would be necessary to have on the website to increase the number of people.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was amazed how much experience and knowledge this company has. They have answer to every question and this is why it is easy to work with them. Especially when we were working from different countries, I never had any problems, because responses where always very quick and helpful.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I think this company is wonderful in what they do. Working with them was very easy and the change of the website is just incredible. I am happy with the results. Definitely recommend to work with Bcon.lt and their team.
