I’m the managing director at Roberts & Denny’s London Limited, a removals and storage company.

What challenge were you trying to address with The Easy Website Company?

I wanted to improve our online presence because when I bought the company back in 2017, our existing website wasn’t performing adequately, and I found out that it was in a penalty with Google.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Easy Website Company reviewed our website and redesigned and developed it completely — the site is an online shop, which they brought up to speed according to our needs. Currently, they're doing SEO and helping me get my policies functioning to have a good functioning website. It's a top to bottom project.

We started working together in February 2017, and the engagement is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our website traffic increased by 300%, and overall, there's nothing I've asked their team to do that they couldn't do or wouldn't learn how to do for us.

How did The Easy Website Company perform from a project management standpoint?

They're a responsive, communicative, reachable, and efficient team — they even respond to me outside their office hours. Regarding communication, we use emails and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their work has a personal touch, and having a single point of contact is a huge selling point for me. He's very helpful and knowledgeable and takes care of everything we need.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on because I've never had any issues with them.

Get them the data they need, and they'll provide the results you're looking for because they're responsive and timely.
