Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

• The UI for mobile and desktop
• The NOSTR Client for handling connections and data relating to the NOSTR functionality of the app and the user’s selected NOSTR relays. Our nodes will send queries through our network and keep everything connected. These nodes will include a decentralized database for handling queries and data will propagate through the network and update information on local databases through our networks. We will also have a system to stop queries from moving through our network when needed. 
• We will also have both a basic messaging system and peer to peer network to facilitate notifications between users and our network. This node network is also designed to help facilitate updates in status and help make new validation pools. These nodes are very important as they will end up being the backbone of most of our protocol and will also double as our validators for the vault system. They will also be used as a decentralized database for use in the vault tracking system.

Revamped entire SpiritSwap decentralized exchange from scratch. This included new web3 connections, api connections to router, optimize web3 calls, solidity smart contract development. These pages included the swap, farms, proprietary token page, home dashboard, liquidity, and analytics page

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

successfully launched version 2 of SpiritSwap and reduced RPC calls by 80% which tremendously boosted the response time from user actions

They delivered on time and were in contact weekly. Developers were in contact daily, project managers and the overall management team weekly. Any issue that may have caused delay, they made sure to boost the team with support to hit deliverables.

Brough my app from the wireframes I drew into creation. They delivered week by week from the timeframes and construction of the back end to the formation and delivery of the UX. The provided guidance and many options for Logo designs. Created custom IP specific to my app that doesn't exist to this day.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Weekly progress reports showing the completion of deliverables they outlined during the previous week report.

Most items were delivered on time. Due to the scope of my project we expected that some deliverables would have variable timeframe, and they proved more time consuming to accomplish than expected, but ultimately Eastcode did complete them and completed the project at the agreed upon cost.

Their willingness to meet as often as necessary and attitude toward bringing my vision into reality were impressive.
