The main aim was to help sellers review sales ads quickly. Another goal was to create a straightforward database of available buildings, that was easy to manage for sellers and buyers

This company was recommended to me by a friend who was a client of theirs.

In general our website is intended to be used by users to browse our products (buildings/flats), with an option to purchase. In the beginning, E-PI.TECH team created CRM for us. CRM includes space for administration panel, CGB section for our sellers to see the whole company buildings stock, eg. which flats are for sale, what is the price, what is the selling status. The next section is for the client. The client can see what buildings he is involved in and what is the construction status, with details broken down to flat statuses as well.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

E-PI.TECH team included frond-end and back-end engineers and also project manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yes, so we increased the number of people who have access to the database of all buildings, increased the participation of people – (one of website's KPI), our website is now clear and readable for customers. The new system allows us to add new buildings and save detailed information about their unique features, and also architects' notes and comments regarding changes in the property conditions. We attended video meetings every week. They showed us every element of the process

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a succession planning strategy. We had a great contact with them through video meetings. The company is well organized and has a well-thought-out working strategy. We cold see straight away that they are specialists.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have nothing to complain about, everything was fine.

operations coordinator. Care-express. A platform for ordering childcare by professional nannies I am currently no longer working in Care-express. I ran part of the project from September to December.

we hired tech because we wanted to create a modern marketplace. We wanted to combine the marketplace with CRM and a payment system. An important aspect was also the administrator panel connected to CRM [HubSpot], where we could manage orders and introduce advanced business analytics.

In business, I focus on good relations at work and I immediately knew that we would work well together and that the project would be implemented quickly and efficiently

I was mainly in contact with Tomek - programmer, business advisor. Adrianna - UX master Until I worked at Care-express, the cooperation with the supplier was excellent. Tomek is a great professional who has a lot of ideas and (most importantly) is willing to help.

Tomek provided advice and his knowledge in every situation. Adrianna - a creative person, very communicative. Quickly, you can go to the concrete. Timely and accurate.

First of all, organizing the website and opening the way to faster and better development in the future

communication - clickup but there is no problem with adapting to another tool calls - on request. The crew was always available. Style - primarily partnership

speed of action. the ability to adapt to customer needs. proposing better solutions. support in choosing other specialists. Their involvement in the project and punctuality stood out in the partnership.

I didn't notice such things.

E-pi.tech created e-commerce platfrom and necessary development changes after the UX audits. The goals of project was prepare competitive e-commerce for hiring a babysitter under Care-Express brand and NannyExpress, SeniorCare or SocialNeeds services for western markets.

Team included Frontend Devs, Backend Dev, Team Leader and Strategy Leader. E-pi.tech cooperates with the SEO team and E-ux.pro

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

From beggining to the finish of cooperation, our analytical data shows an increase in sales by 200%. The website is now available at the link care-express.pl.

We cooperate, based on click up program and slack also. We arrange meeting to close status. We work as one team.
