e-MSI delivered a comprehensive digital transformation project for our clinic. The core of the project was the automation of complex settlements between the National Health Fund (NFZ), our clinic, and our doctors, which was fully integrated with our Kamsoft system.
This included automatic retrieval of billing data, calculation of remuneration and overtime (nadwykonania), and self-invoicing for doctors. Additionally, e-MSI digitized key back-office processes, including cost invoice approvals, correspondence workflow, medical supplies ordering, and referrals for diagnostic tests. They also provide ongoing maintenance and system development.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The implementation significantly shortened the time needed for financial settlements. We eliminated manual data processing in Excel, minimizing human errors and ensuring strict compliance with accounting regulations. The automation freed up the time of our medical and administrative staff, allowing them to focus entirely on patient care. The process transparency also increased our doctors' satisfaction with their remuneration and invoicing process.
