Anymaint, which I founded, provides maintenance management technologies that let you take charge of your manufacturing.

To help us choose the best technology and identify the most affordable solutions, we contacted Dynomind.Tech to provide technological advice.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Based on their years of experience, knowledge, and the communication they provide to their clients, we chose Dynomid.Tech.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Our own designer gave us the design, and the Dynomind team carried it from there to the online production result. Node.js and React.js were employed, as well as Flutter and Socket.io in another area of the system.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

One Lead Manager was in charge of leading 2 to 4 developers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It was on time, in any iteration.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project manager is very easy to deal with, is very thorough, has a good understanding of the challenges, and can carry those through to the final revisions while keeping track of any new alterations or additions. To keep everyone informed, we used Slack and held weekly zoom meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It's really simple to work with them. They work together and are lively. They are able to come up with solutions for a wide range of issues and put a strong emphasis on the user experience to ensure that the software we are developing is as user-friendly and intuitive as possible.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Some of our projects change in scope after the initial build, thus it would be nice to have the same crew be able to support these upgrades. However, it can be difficult to estimate staffing in the future if any changes arise.
