What business challenge were you trying to address with The DVI Group?
We’re a smaller startup company and we were redesigning our website. One of the things we were lacking as a company was a brief explainer video that helped viewers coming to our website clearly understand what we do and how we can benefit them.

I’ve worked with them many times over the years. In order to do an effective explainer video, I wanted to bring in a high-level production company like The DVI Group. They did the animation, script writing, and delivered the message we wanted in 90 seconds or less.
I knew that by partnering with The DVI Group I would get the total package. I would get the creative ideas, the great brainstorming, the collaborative type approach that they take. I would also get stellar copywriting and have a script that was streamlined down to be as effective as we could in that 90-second window.
How did you come to work with The DVI Group?
I found them through Google. After a bad experience with our previous production company, I decided to reach out to interview a couple of new companies. It was a fit from the beginning with The DVI Group. Whenever I have a project that is really high value, they’re my go to call.

What is the status of this engagement?

The DVI Group was solid. They produced really high-quality work and everything was very collaborative. If I had any questions, they were quick to respond. Everything was very clearly laid out. Once we decided on the creative direction and script, the timelines were in place and they always made the deadlines I required of them. Everything was spelled out in advance so there were no surprises.
