We needed a partner to help with our marketing. I was working with a few before but wasn’t happy with them.

What was the scope of their involvement?

DSTeck built the website from scratch; they gave me design ideas for my website and suggested colors and changes to our site. They also did our SEO and helped us with keywords in a collaborative process.

In one month, the website brought in $15,000. There’s also an increase in engagement and inquiries.

How did DSTeck perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is good. The nice thing about them was that we could call them at any time, and they answer even if it’s at night or morning — they made us feel like family. They were also honest if they needed more time to complete any project. Communication was excellent, and we used email and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re quick to answer, accommodating, and they treated our business as if it was their own.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I’d have them improve.

Go and work with them immediately. Don’t think about it.

We communicate via phone and virtual meetings. Our company preferred calls over a system, and they work with what we’re comfortable with.

I’m the project manager and business analyst at a logistics services provider. I look after marketing related projects that involve our website, SEO, and any outreach.

What challenge were you trying to address with DSTeck?

DSTeck provides a couple of services for us. We needed to host our website on our own secure server, so they provided the necessary setup for that. We also needed someone that could perform both web development and SEO services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team helped us with purchasing the domain for our site and the technical setup for hosting. Then, we briefed them on requirements for the site, going over the user journey we expected and what we wanted it to look like.

They developed and designed the site from scratch before deploying it. After that, they’ve managed the continuous maintenance of the site. If we need any changes or updates, they do those for us. The team also performs off and on-site SEO and PPC management for us, helping with any campaigns we need to implement.

I’ve mainly communicated with Emad (Founder). We also communicate with a technical support that works in the background.

How did you come to work with DSTeck?

It was mainly the value proposition of providing multiple services under one roof. They provide SEO services, so it was easy to find DSTeck on Google. If a client is looking for a company and sees that they’re on the top of Google, it is clear that they can deliver on their promises.

Our ongoing engagement with DSTeck started in September 2016.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

When it comes to organic ranking, we appear at the top of the list for the services we provide. We rarely do PPC campaigns, so that is all organic. For the website hosting side, we’ve had no issues with technical bugs or any downtime issues. We’ve always had a good amount of traffic on a daily or weekly basis. A majority of our business comes through our site.

How did DSTeck perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re always on time. If there’s an unexpected delay, they inform us and let us know why. The team built their own in-house platform. On this platform, we can see all of the tasks, raise requests, and view our invoices. It covers everything.

What did you find most impressive about them?

DSTeck takes the time to understand our business, challenges, and needs. Their contact is always personal and transparent. If they need time to understand or learn a new technology, they take the time to do that. They also keep track of new trends, informing us of new ways to improve our traffic or tools we can use. Sometimes, they go out of their way to help us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

For us, they’ve been working great so far. We see them continuously improving on their own. If they keep doing what they do, they’ll definitely keep succeeding.

If you have a clear view of your challenges and what you want to achieve, let them know. Just trust them to do what’s required to help you.

We wanted more awareness for our services, and we went to them to build our site.

What was the scope of their involvement?

DSTeck designed and developed our website. They also gave us digital marketing consultation in terms of content creation, making the site more useful for customers looking for our services.

The team trained us on updates and promotion tactics. They built the site in WordPress. It has an integration with Google Analytics, through which we can see how many people are coming to our site and how much time they’re spending on each page.

DSTeck handled SEO backlinking. They consulted with us on the keywords we should target and what kinds of words people are attracted to. DSTeck is always advising us on new keywords based on changing business trends.

We looked online for web developers and SEO providers. We considered multiple companies offering this service, and we went with DSTeck based on the plan they built for us.

They laid out the benefits of investing in the online space and building content and making the site useful for customers looking for our services. They understood our business, and we liked the previous projects they’d worked on.

The project cost was around $7,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with DSTeck in early 2018, and the site took 4–6 weeks to complete. It took a bit longer to launch because we didn’t have all the content ready on our side.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

DSTeck delivered everything they promised, and I highly recommend them. We can easily make changes on the site ourselves.

We’ve gotten very great business deals since launching the site. Most of it came from outside the country, which surprised us. We’ve made a good partnership with a German company doing business in Jordan, and this is one of the biggest deals we’ve gotten through the site.

How did DSTeck perform from a project management standpoint?

Anytime we need a change or update, they’re on call 24/7. If there’s a problem with the site, we always get an answer from them, letting us know what’s happened and how to solve it. The timing is perfect.

I usually give them a call first, and we follow it up by email.

They’re one of the best companies I’ve dealt with in terms of project management, both in Jordan and in Dubai.

What did you find most impressive about them?

First, it’s the honesty of their team. They always deliver what they promise. Secondly, they always show us the work's progress, and they make it feel as though they’re a department within our company.

They’re a good company with good knowledge, and they’re on the right track.
